The client brief was for a storage unit built into the eaves of a historic house in a Wiltshire village. The client wanted drawer spaces but wanted a more traditional feel with shaker style doors.
The design used a stained oak frame to blend in with the existing timbers and a Farrow and Ball pointing coloured lacquer finish on the doors and drawers.
The unit comprised 4 compartments with 4 drawers in each. The drawers are graduated in depth and height to makethe most of the sloping eaves space.
